Know Your Rawlings’ Leather Goods Warranty


Rawlings and Rawlings Gear stand behind their products, which is why all leather goods carry a 1-year warranty.

If you carry Rawlings’ leather briefcase, portfolio, wallet or any leather specialty item, its warranty covers structural damage.

Its warranty doesn’t cover the following (but Rawlings Gear’s Customer Care representatives have some recommendations for care):

  • Darkening or discoloration from using leather conditioners, oils or cleaners
  • Discoloration from extreme water saturation
  • General wear and tear
  • Abuse or cosmetic damage
  • Transit or airline damage
  • Incidental or consequential damage such as damage or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time or similar expenses

Rawlings Gear recommends using a soft brush or damp cloth to clean your leather goods. Store them in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, and don’t expose them to direct sunlight.

If the leather gets wet, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally.

Rawlings' leather goods will last as long as your glove. They get softer and comfortably weathered over time.
