Rawlings Adds Senior League Bats to Its 5150 Alloy Series

Rawlings’ 5150 Alloy baseball bat has been improved for greater balance, durability and swing speed.

Not only has Rawlings added the new 5150 Alloy -3 baseball bat (model number BBCA2) to its 5150 Alloy bat series, but it also has expanded to include three senior league bat models.

·         Senior League -10 bat with 2-¾” barrel (model number SLR234)
·         Senior League -10 bat with 2-5/8” barrel (model number SLR510)
·         Senior League -5 bat with 2-5/8” barrel (model number SLR55)

Rawlings developed its own metal-forming process to create the 5150 Alloy bat. This process allows for precise wall thickness, resulting in maximum pop and the best trampoline effect available.

To optimize the bat's swing weight, Rawlings created Precision-Optimized Performance Technology™, or PoP, that isolates barrel weight in a small region, maximizing bat speed and control.

The 5150 Alloy -3 is BBCOR approved.

All senior league bats are 1.15 BPF-approved for Little League, Babe Ruth, Pony League, AABC, Dixie League, USSSA and all other associations.

  1. I've been looking through many senior league bats to find a bat that reduces the sting when I hit a ball close to the grip, thanks for this post!
