Rawlings' 5150 series of bats continues to evolve with the release of new models for the new season.
Rawlings' new 5150 alloy -3 baseball bat (model number BBCA) features a large sweet spot and a low swing weight, and, most importantly, it is BBCOR and BESR approved.
"This bat is amazing. It is the best BBCOR bat out there. It has great balance and pop. It feels like a BESR, but it is actually legal. I would definitely recommend this to any player who is going to buy a BBCOR bat," wrote Baseball5150 in an online review at RawlingsGear.com.
Rawlings has added a -10 youth bat (model number YB51X2) to its 5150 Exogrid with Ph.D series. The technology used to develop this line creates bats with less vibration on impact but plenty of pop.
Other 5150 Exogrid with Ph.D bats are the -8.5 senior league bat (model number SL51XO) and -11 youth baseball bat (model number YB51XO).
In the 5150 alloy series, Rawlings has added a new -10 senior league bat with a 2-¾” barrel (model number SL51XA) and a new -10 youth big barrel bat with a 2-¾” barrel (model number CP51A2).
Rawlings' alloy bats feature a 5150 performance alloy that has been formulated for higher strength and increased flex. Other alloy bats are are the -5 senior league bat (model number SL5150A5) and -10 senior league bat (model number SL5150A10), both with 2-5/8” barrels.
All Rawlings non-wood bats carry a one-year warranty. If the bat hasn't been used, it can be returned to RawlingsGear.com. If it has been used, visit Rawlings.com for warranty details.
